Is shipping Free?

We offer a free shipping option worldwide for orders of $19.99 and above.

Where do you ship from? 

We have fulfillment centers in the USA, UK, Germany, Australia, Canada, Czech Republic, India and China.

The orders are shipped from the fulfillment center nearest to your location to assure that you get your order at the quickest possible.

Sometimes the orders need to be shipped from a different fulfillment center due to out of stock issues in nearest warehouse.

Which days do you ship?

We ship orders from Monday - Saturday excluding holidays.

How long do you take to ship the product?

We ship all orders placed Monday - Friday before 3:30 PM PST / 6:30 PM EST with in 24 hours. We have one day rest on Sunday, so any order placed on Saturday will be shipped on Mondays.

How many days will it take for my product to arrive?

We not only create but curate the products from different suppliers as well. It is not possible to give a generalized delivery time for all products on our store.

Thus, we have listed the delivery times on each product specifically. You can check the same by visiting our product pages.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order is on the way, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a link to your track your order. You can click on that link anytime to know the status of your order.

You can also manually track your order through "Track Orders" from quick links mentioned in the header or footer of our store.

Please allow 1-3 days for the tracking number to show the correct status of your order. 

If you did not receive the email or have any questions about your order status or problems in tracking, please contact us.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible with in 3 hours post purchase. We will do our best to change it for you but we can't guarantee anything in this case as our orders are processed and shipped very quickly after purchase. 

Will I be charged additional duties and import taxes? 

So far we have dealt with the orders of thousands of customers, we never heard that they had to pay any import duties for the orders.

However, every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. We recommend you to visit the custom website of your country to get an estimate of whether you will be charged any such fee.

We are not responsible for any duties and/or import taxes that you may be subjected to.

Can you ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO address? 

Yes. Typically, customers put APO in the City field and AE or AP in the State field. We can also ship to a PO Box type address.

My product is damaged/defective or a wrong parcel is delivered to me. What next? 

We stand behind our product and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. 

If you receive the damaged or wrong product, contact us for immediate assistance. We will resend a fresh package of your ordered items free of cost or can offer a full refund (whichever resolution you opt).

Please email with the subject line “Return: Damage/Defected/Wrong item" and your order number provided to you in the shipping confirmation email.

Also attach the email with a photograph/video showing the damage so we can immediately look into sending you a new one or approve you a refund.

I am not satisfied with my product, how can I get a full refund? 

We offer 30-day money back guarantee, so if you are not satisfied with your product, you may return the item within 30 days following the day of delivery for a full refund.

The return shipping address will be provided through email and the return freight is not upon us to bear.

As soon as we receive the returned item, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

How long will it take to receive the tracking number?

It usually takes between 24-48 hrs to receive the tracking number from the day of placing the order.

My package is lost in transit, what is your resolution to this?

If the package is lost in transit, we resend your order back again at no cost or can offer a full refund if you want.

What is your order cancellation policy?

Please contact us after you have placed your order and want to cancel it.

You have precisely 3 hours after placing your order to cancel and receive a full refund for your order.

Please note that for every order transaction, PayPal charges a transaction fees of around 7% after which the money is sent to us for the orders you place. So, when the order is requested to be cancelled, you will not be refunded with the transaction fee.

Your full refund will be the amount which we received after deducting the transaction fees.

Why is the phone number or email id required at the checkout?

Your phone number or email is required because the shipping company that ships your product can contact you first if any issues occur during delivery or to inform you when the package is out for delivery. 

We also share necessary updates of order confirmed, order shipped and other follow ups for which your contact details are needed.
