Shipping & Delivery

  • We are based in India.

  • Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery timelines and charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • All orders are shipped from our warehouse in India using trusted courier partners.

  • Orders are shipped Monday to Sat, excluding public holidays.

  • Ready-to-ship or in stock products: 1–2 business days.

    Printed/custom items: 2–4 business days.

    If your order includes both, it will be dispatched together once ready.

  • India: 2–6 business days after dispatch

    International: 8–15 business days depending on location

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via whatsapp and email once your order is shipped.

    You can also track it from the “Track Order” section on our website.

  • Contact us within 7 hours of placing your order.

    We’ll try to update it, but changes are not guaranteed once the order is processed.

  • If you are unavailable during delivery, the courier will share a re-attempt link via SMS or email.

    You must select a new delivery date and confirm the reason for unavailability using that link.

    If no action is taken, re-delivery is not guaranteed, as the number of attempts depends on the courier’s policy.

    Most courier companies make a maximum of 3 attempts.

  • Delivery may fail due to:

    • Customer not reachable
    • Incorrect / incomplete address
    • COD amount not ready
    • Delivery refused
    • Premises closed

    You must follow courier instructions sent on whatsapp and mail to reschedule delivery, courier makes a maximum of 3 attempts.

  • Inform us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date.

    If confirmed lost:

    • We will reship your order, or
    • Offer a full refund

Returns & Refunds

  • Yes. If you receive a damaged or defective product:📩

    Email us within 7 days of delivery with: Unboxing video (mandatory, recorded from opening the package)

    Once verified, we will issue a free replacement. No return is required.

  • If the mistake is from our end, we will issue a free replacement after verification.

  • If the correct size was delivered as ordered, replacement is not applicable.

    Most of our products fall under the hygiene category, so size-based exchanges are not supported.

    We recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order. They are meant to be as accurate and true to size as possible.

  • If the correct colour was delivered, replacement is not applicable.

    Slight color variations may occur due to screen differences.

  • No. If the product is delivered in correct condition, returns and refunds are not accepted.

  • All replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 7 hours of placing them.

    After that, they move into processing and cannot be cancelled.

Payments & Safety

  • Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted systems.

  • All orders are processed in INR.

    For international orders, prices may be shown in your local currency on the website for convenience.

    However, the final payment is processed in INR based on the current exchange rate at checkout.

  • India: UPI, Wallets, Credit Cards, Netbanking, COD, etc.

    International: Prepaid via international cards and wallets only.

  • We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

  • Prices shown on Muselot.in are set for customers within India.

    If you’re ordering from outside India, the final price may increase at checkout based on your location when you select your country.

    This is because international orders involve additional costs such as: Customs duties and import taxes, Cross-border handling and logistics charges.

    These are calculated at checkout once you enter your shipping details, which is why the price may change.
