Shipping Policy

Our Shipping Partners

For domestic orders within India, we work with trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, DTDC, and other reputed logistics providers.

For international orders, we offer two shipping options:

Express International Shipping
We use premium courier services such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS for faster international deliveries usually in 4-7 days for most locations. 

Standard International Shipping
We use international shipping partners that manage cross-border movement from India to your destination country and hand over the shipment to reliable local courier services for final delivery.

Order Processing & Dispatch Time

Stocked Products (Tights, Stockings, Mockers, Nail Wraps, Accessories, etc.)

Most of our core products are ready-to-ship.

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days

  • Dispatch time: Within 24–48 hours after order confirmation

Printed Merchandise (T-shirts, Hoodies, Custom Prints, etc.)

Printed merchandise is produced fresh after an order is placed.

  • Processing & printing time: 2–4 business days

  • Dispatch time: Immediately after printing is completed

If an order contains both stocked items and printed merchandise, the entire order may be dispatched together after the printed item is ready.

Delivery Timelines - India

Once dispatched, domestic delivery usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and courier serviceability.

Remote or non-metro pin codes may take slightly longer.

Delivery Timelines - International Orders

We ship internationally to multiple countries worldwide. Our prime international destinations include USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe and UAE, but we are not limited to these locations.

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe: 7–10 business days

  • UAE & Middle East: 4–7 business days

  • Other International Destinations: 7–15 business days

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or local courier operations.

International Shipping & Customs Duties

International shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and shipping option selected.

Express International Shipping (FedEx / DHL / UPS):
These services are not Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges (if applicable) may be charged as per your country’s laws and must be paid by the customer.

Standard International Shipping:
Our standard international shipping service is a duty-free service. No additional customs duties are charged under this option.

Muselot does not control customs processing times. Any delays caused by customs or local authorities are outside our control.

Payment Modes

  • India: Prepaid, Cash on Delivery (COD), and Partial COD available

  • International Orders: Prepaid only

Address Accuracy & Change Requests

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order. We will try our best to update it, but changes are not guaranteed once the order has been processed or dispatched.

Muselot is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Attempts & Customer Availability

If delivery is attempted and you are unavailable, the courier may place the shipment on hold or attempt re-delivery based on their internal policies.

Customers must follow the instructions shared by the courier (SMS / email / tracking link) to schedule re-delivery.

If no action is taken, further delivery attempts are not guaranteed.

Undelivered Shipments & Return to Origin (RTO) - India

If an order is returned to origin due to customer-related reasons such as:

  • Customer not contactable/unavailable

  • COD amount not ready

  • Delivery refused

  • Door / premises closed

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

Then:

  • If the customer requests a refund, forward and return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

  • If the customer requests re-shipment, the order will be reshipped as a one time gesture without any additional shipping charge.

International Delivery Failures

International shipments are generally not returned to origin.

Refusal to Pay Customs Duty (Express Shipping)

If the customer refuses to pay applicable customs duties or taxes for Express Shipping, the shipment may be discarded by customs authorities.

No refund or replacement will be processed in such cases.

Customer Non-Contactable (International)

If the customer is non-contactable at the time of delivery, the shipment may be discarded by the courier company.

No refund or replacement will be issued.

Incorrect Shipping Address (International)

If the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, the shipment will not be returned to us.

If the customer requests an address correction after dispatch, we may attempt to coordinate an address change with the courier, subject to feasibility.

An additional charge of approximately USD 15 may be applicable for attempting address correction or re-routing, payable by the customer.

Successful redelivery is not guaranteed.

Lost in Transit

If your package appears to be lost in transit, you must notify us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will investigate with the courier partner. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will either:

  • Reship the order at no additional cost, or

  • Provide a full refund, as per your preference

Peak Season & Sale Delays

During sales, festive seasons, or high-volume periods, order processing and delivery timelines may be slightly longer than usual.
